SelfCare
A place to think, feel, and talk with purpose
Supportive Conversations
Finding a better fit between who you are, what you need and the world around you, so everyday life doesn’t feel like a constant push.
The approach is calm, practical, and you-centred.
You bring the conversation, and we begin from there.
My style is honest and free from jargon or talking in circles.
I listen closely and reflect things back in ways that are helpful.
Together we explore what’s happening in your world, your thoughts, emotions, relationships and even your physical environment.
Sessions may be challenging or nurturing, depending on your needs at the time.
I don’t give advice or tell you what to do.
I help you define the solutions that fit you.
