Hi, I’m Marika – Registered Counsellor & Wellness Support person

I help people through life’s challenges big or small, by offering practical support, understanding, and a step-by-step way forward. Together we can explore what can be done to ease the stress and clear the path forward.

    Example: Walking alongside a client to gather the right paperwork explaining the process in plain language.

  4. Building Confidence & Connection – Improving self-esteem, communication, and relationships with others.

  5. Overcoming Everyday Barriers – From hoarding and clutter to motivation and planning for enjoyable activities.
