Sometimes it’s easier to talk while walking. When you’re moving, the words can flow more naturally, and the fresh air has a way of lightening the load. Instead of sitting across from each other in a room, we walk side by side — through a park, along a path, or in a space that feels right for you.
You set the pace. Some people use the time to untangle their thoughts about the past, others to plan for what’s ahead, and some simply to breathe and be in the present. Whether it’s a one-off walk or something we do regularly, the rhythm of movement and the calm of being outside can make challenges feel a little less heavy and solutions a little easier to see.
