  • Session 2-5: Deepen your work, refine your goals, track progress, and adjust your plan as needed. Expect some “homework” in between sessions to keep you focused and moving forward.

  • Session 6: Review your achievements, reflect on your growth, and create an action plan for continued progress.

Between sessions:

  • Reflect on the key takeaways from your last session

  • Complete any exercises or “homework” to continue making progress

  • Stay engaged with your goals, and keep track of any challenges or new insights
